David has built up great experience and expertise in all matters around Financial Services regulation. Having headed up the technical support function for a major investment direct sales force, David moved into compliance prior to the introduction of the Financial Services Act 1987.
Ronan has attained excellent academic credentials over the years, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Structural Engineering with Architecture; and later a Masters in Engineering (ME) with Business from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Siobhán graduated from University College London (UCL) & immediately started her career in financial services working for General Accident as one of their first female consultants. She trained in Bristol & then moved to cover the Devon & Cornwall area.
Eamonn is the Founding Partner of Kelly Financial Management (established in October 1993). He became a Financial Planner in 1987 having previously graduated in both Business Studies & Accounting & Financial Control.
